This site has been initiated by Cecilia Malmström, minister of European affairs in Sweden since autumn 2006, and former member of the European Parliament for the Swedish Liberal Party. Cecilia has been working to put an end to the moving circus to Strasbourg since she was elected to the European Parliament in 1999.
